Starting last week, I am unable to press control+click to open a link while in word. It says restrictions in effect on this computer see administrator.

I AM the administrator and did not change anything in the regustry or system. I have had Offie 2010 since last July, and yes, I have installed all updates through today.

How would an administrator change this so that I can open links again in my word documents and also be able to paste in outlook?

I have WIN 7 Home and Office 2010 Enterprise. I just installed IE 9, could this be the culprit? I was using 8 until last week when all this happened.
