Hi,
I've had Microsoft Office 2010 for a few months for quite some time and its been installed on 2 computers. I'm going to sell one of the omputer and buy a new one. Is there a way to deactivate the product key and reinstall it on a new computer?

your best thing to do is probably call Microsoft and let them. I'm not sure you can deactivate it over the internet the same you can activate it.

There is no such thing as deactivation of Office 2010. Just install and activate on a new computer (uninstall the old one first). You are NOT limited by activations, just the legal number at the same time.
If you have any problems activating it, call the activation center and speak with a real person but you probably won't have a problem.
Here's some more information from Microsoft.
