Hi guys i wonder if anyone can help me?

I'm making an animal database and have my main table that displays the animals general info and several tables for the sale, loan or donation of an animal.

I have put the tables in forms.

Each form for donation, loan and sale has a yes/no box that i can select to say the animal has been placed on loan, sold or donated.

What i want to do is add a text box on the main form to look at each of the yes/no boxes on sale, loan and donation and display text such as 'on loan' if the loan box is ticked, 'sold' if the sale box is ticked, 'donated' if the donation box is ticked and blank if nothing is selected.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Any help with this will be much appreciated.
