I'm creating a database for inventory control, and I have a question:
Is it possible to create a subform with a permanent label and a corresponding blank for information that links to that particular label?

What I'm trying to do is create a form for inventory counting purposes, I have 140 different items that need to be counted each week, and the way I have it set up right now is a main form with a date & date ID and a subform for the items, so that each week's count has a specific ID date that I can pull a report on. But my issue is that I have a drop down list for the items in the subform, and I'd like them to be a permanent label so that I just have to put the number beside it. Right now it's quite time consuming.

Am I going about this wrong with the whole subform options? Is there an easier way to do this?
