I need a formula that will compare a cell in column A and a cell of column B and if the year matches the add column C

example

Column A Column B Column C
1. 11/2/2005 11/3/2007 $200.00
2. 5/16/2008 7/22/2008 $150.00
3. 2/25/2007 4/14/2009 $430.00
4. 6/10/2009 12/12/2009 $300.00

Result should be $450.00 (Sum C2 and C4 because the year in Column A matches the year in Column B)
