Any ideas on using Office 2010 in Ubuntu? About to give it a shot, any feedback would be appreciated!

You might want to try it in Wine, it should work? Not sure which version would be best but I do know that you need an MSXML of 6 or above.

I have heard Wine or Crossover might work but I have never personally tested them. One of the guys in my office claimed he uses Office 2010 on his Ubuntu KK 9.10 through a virtual box and it is working fine.
