When sending an email from Office 2010, with text formatted with bullets I have noticed that sometimes when I receive a reply the bullets show as question marks. However opening the same email in 2003 they appear as bullets again. I am concerned that our clients are seeing question marks instead of bullets is there anything we should be doing to Outlook settings to avoid this? Has anyone had any experience of this?
