Hello,

I am implementing the use of calender here at the office.
When I open another person's calendar and that person adds an appointment I can see directly the appointment. But when I add an appointment in my calender and someone else has opened my calender that person needs to refresh (F9) the calender before the appointment appears.
Is that somewhere an adjustment in Outlook?
