I hate the color scheme in outlook 2010. You would think after all these years that would give you more options? Is there a way to change the background, icons, fonts, etc in outlook?

Default in Outlook 2010 you can change the colors to either blue, black or silver. TO do so, please go to File - Options - and on the first dialogue box that appears toward the top you'll see Color Scheme.
I have not tested any third party applications that would change the fonts and or buttons nor do i know if they exists. i'm presume you would like to Skin Outlook 2010?
