I created several user templates for use in outlook 2010 and saved them to the desktop. Now when I try to delete these files I get a dialogue box which says " Preparing to recycle" and "Discovering items". This continues forever and never deletes the file.
I have also tried deleting using the file location when I search using *.oft but with no luck.
How do I get reid of these files from my desktop. BTW move file - send file to etc all have the same result.
