Email InBox
I am new to Outlook 2010.
I have several email addresses. Previously, they would all come to one inbox.
Now, they all have separate inboxes, sent, deleted, boxes.
Is there a way to combine all of my email addresses into one inbox, where I can create subfolders to save the messages in? Or do I have to several.
thanks for any help you can provide.
You sure can. Go to file account settings and click on the email account you want to modify. You'll see a path name at the bottom of the dialogue box. You can change that and have all of your email go into one pst folder. If this doesn't help et me know and I'll post some screen shots tomorrow.
Ok, I am a bit slow. If you can give me some specific detailed instructions-
I have an old pst file from my old computer, and then 3 or 4 email addresses - need to fix.
thanks!
can you help? I have tried to do it by your instructions, but have been unsuccessful.
please help.
Okay no problem.
I'm assuming all three accounts are POP Accounts of some sort.
Go into Outlook and go to File - Account Settings - Account settings
You'll see a dialogue box like this

Hit the change folder button and your various folder options will appear. Do this for each account and choose the same folder and you should have what you're looking for.
Let us know.
Ok, so I followed the instructions- but dont have a change folder button.
When I look at folder properties, i can see where it goes, but it wont let me change it.
any ideas?
