Mail storage folders
At my office, the mail is downloaded to my server account, and at the end of the day, I need tyo drag them mail into respective folders in my local PST. The IT folks said this was necessary because I wanted to access the emails from my Android device also: At day end, I manually drag drop mails to various folders in my local PST. Can I automate the process. I get about a 100 emails a day and moving them manually is quite a pain.
i'm not sure why dragging your emails into respective folders would allow you to access the emails from your droid device, that doesn't make sense to me.
You can automate and create rules for emails from certain people to move into certain folders. Just go to the home tab, then the move group and hit on rules. you can create multiple rules for this.
