A friend uses distribution lists and asked if it is possible to change the default setting which checks the box that adds a new distribution list contact to your contacts. She forgets to uncheck the box and, consequently, has added many people to her regular contacts. She said this did not happen with Office 2007. Thank you for assisting with this!
