I will get into this program if I can know ahead of time that it will do what I want. If it does, please feel free to give me some guidance.

For starters I want to design a page using 6 or 8 pictures and to be able to export them as a single picture. I want to be able to resize, caption, and relocate them while developing the page. Then export them to a file where they cannot be changed. The final file size should be about 5" wide and about 4" tall. (or there about)

Am I looking at the right program? I have never used Publisher before.
I am sure that as soon as I click on "Save" and then exit, I will think of more to add...
