Hi all,

This is my first question is this forum. I have to build some PDF forms for my company. I start with docx files that need to receive form fields formatting. But if I do that using Word directly, once I save as PDF or convert it using Adobe's Distiller I lose my fields and just get some gray messages. I have tried CenoPDF and it is what I am looking for but there are two problems:

a) It does not seem to work at 100% with Win7 and Office2010 and fields are always created on the left of the lines and I have to move them by hand.

b) I won't pay for something I just need for this time :-).

Another option is to use OpenOffice which does provide the possibility to correctly save as PDF while conserving fields. The problem here is that I would prefer just using Office and that changes are not conserved for later editions with Office.

So this is a nightmare.... :-).

Do you know If Office provides somewhat similar to what I am saying (a plug-in is ok).

Thanks in advance,
