For some reason our logo is not printing when we print a document.

Here is what we have done so far:
-Verified that Print Drawings... and Print Background Colors... are check in the Options Menu
-Deleted our printer driver and reinstalled.
-Searched for over an hour on Google for a solution.

Any help would be appreciated!
